REMOTE MONITORING
Let us service and monitor your home’s HVAC equipment while you are away. We can closely monitor the comfort inside your home, detect and correct problems before you or your guests arrive. The platinum plan starts at $200 a month plus tax for homes with one unit. It includes a WiFi connected thermostat professionally installed in your home, 24 hour monitoring of your home’s comfort, air filters replaced monthly, a spring maintenance service as well as a fall maintenance service. If a problem is detected, you will be notified. We will dispatch a service technician to your home to repair the problem at no additional charge. Each additional unit in your home adds only $150 to the platinum plan.
The gold plan starts at $60 a month plus tax and includes a WiFi connected thermostat profressionally installed in your home, 24-hour monitoring, and a fall and spring maintenance visit. If a problem is detected, you will be notified. You may then choose to have us repair or give an estimate on a repair at our normal service rate. Each additional unit adds only $30 to the gold plan.
The silver plan starts at $30 per month plus tax and includes a WiFi connected thermostat professionally installed in your home and 24-hour monitoring. If a problem is detected, you will be notified. You may then choose to have us repair or give an estimate on a repair at our normal service rate. Each additional unit adds only $15 to the silver plan.
Maintenance of a stable WiFi connection is the responsibility of the homeowner.
Additional charges may apply if the home is outside of our regular service area.
Platinum plan is only available for Trane units installed by Patton Mechanical, Inc. within the last 10 years.
